Market sweep & quote
We sweep Yahoo! Auctions, Mercari, magi, and Surugaya, then compile a landed-cost quote: item price, sourcing fee, and domestic JP shipping — each line itemised.
Invoice 1 — buy & inspect
You prepay Invoice 1 (items + 10% fee + domestic shipping). We purchase, receive, and inspect every item: photo condition report included at ¥0. Purchase receipts kept on file.
Pack, ship & Invoice 2
Items are packed and weighed. Invoice 2 covers actual international shipping at cost. We dispatch via Japan Post EMS or DHL/FedEx with full tracking, purchase receipts, and a photo condition report. Packing video available on request.
One fee. Everything else billed at cost, itemised.
Our margin is a single line you can see. Marketplace charges, domestic Japan shipping and international freight pass through at exactly what we paid — receipts attached.
Prepaid. Invoice 1 covers items + fee + domestic shipping (quotes valid 72 hours). Invoice 2 is actual international shipping, sent after we pack and weigh.
Wise bank transfer in AUD preferred — what you see is what you pay. PayPal accepted at +4% to cover processing.

Retailer-first sourcing
Established retailers and direct retail allocation take priority over marketplaces. Sealed new releases are sourced retail where possible — lower counterparty risk, receipt on file.
Marketplace seller vetting
Any marketplace seller must have a 98%+ feedback rating, a reviewable transaction history, and a demonstrated TCG sales record. Sellers who don't clear all three are skipped.
Sealed shrink inspection
Every sealed product has its shrink and seal integrity checked and photographed before dispatch. Ships in original shrink, corner-protected, double-boxed.
PSA cert number verification
Graded cards have their PSA certification number cross-checked against the official PSA database before purchase is confirmed. Label match required.

- Ships DAP — Delivered At Place. Import charges are payable by the importer (you) at the border, not bundled into our invoice.
- A2 Tariff classification
- Commercial invoice declared under HS 9504.40 — trading cards. Real declared values, full item list, nothing under-stated.
- A3 GST at point of sale
- A B2B sale to a GST-registered Australian business means no Australian GST is charged at point of sale.
- A4 Over AUD 1,000 customs value
- Import GST (10%) is assessed at the border on goods + shipping + insurance + duty — generally claimable as an input tax credit for GST-registered businesses.
- A5 Duty on trading cards
- Frequently reduced or zero under the Japan–Australia trade agreement — your customs broker confirms the rate that applies to your goods.
- A6 Documents you receive
- Commercial invoice, purchase receipts, photo condition report and tracking — the paperwork the border and your broker want to see, every order.
